Ravindra Sri Panditharathne, known to everyone as Rav Sri, is the founder of Ravs Realtors and a fully licensed agent with more than 22 years in business and real estate and 100+ transactions behind him. He started his first business at 19 and chairs R S P Holdings, the family company the group grew out of.

His real-estate journey began in 2003 with his parents, and after a stint inside one of Australia's largest agency networks he built Ravs Realtors as the boutique alternative: local, senior and personal.

A REIV member, Marketer of the Year winner in 2022 and 2025 and a National Awards for Excellence finalist in 2023 and 2026, Rav Sri leads every campaign personally and stays your one point of contact from first appraisal to settlement.

Madhavi Bhagya Jayamapalage is a director at Ravs Realtors and the creative force behind how our properties are presented. Her journey began in 2012 as an office assistant at R S P Holdings in Sri Lanka, where she grew into graphic design, then sharpened her craft with the multi-award-winning SLD magazine in Australia, where her work lifted the publication's look, feel and reader engagement.

She is also a co-founder of Hamperor.com.au, Australia's pioneering multicultural gift store, a venture born from her commitment to celebrating cultural diversity.
