The project involved 3 separate towers which will provide a total of 522 units, a 5 star Resort Hotel, high end retail space, restaurants, beach clubs, bars & restaurants. Jewel will be the first absolute beach front development on the Gold Coast for more than 30 years. Construction is expected to be complete in March 2019.

    Singapore developers World Class Land (WCL) received development approval for a 91 storey tower in Albert Street Brisbane. Providing a total of 732 luxury units, 636sq m retail/restaurant space and 3 separate recreation precincts with state of the art facilities. This will become Brisbane tallest tower. The tower reaches the maximum height currently allowed due to Brisbane Airport Corporations ground radar system.

    Melbourne based SCT Logistics, who were awarded a contract to develop an Intermodal Freight Precinct under National Stronger Regions Fund, have invited tenders for the design & construction of the $30 million facility at Bromelton.

    Select tenders have closed for the design & construct package of 2 towers to provide total of 783 student accommodation units in South Brisbane. The Student Scape Living project will be the second of its kind, the first one about to open in Melbourne. All other Student Scape Living Projects are in London.
